Description
It has a flared eight-lobed chrysanthemum mouth, a sloping neck running down to the half-length of the body, lobed in eight petals with ridges appearing on the interior, a fuller globular belly and a round bottom supported on a round splayed foot ring. It is fully covered in white glaze, with the texture and grains of biscuit looming from the below, giving a shimmering white gloss and a light yellow tint.
It is formed after the bronze Zun, in the early and middle Western Zhou Dynasty, with some adjustment based on the chrysanthemum-shaped gold and silver wares in the Tang Dynasty.
