To purchase your tickets, please visit the service counter at the Deji Art Museum, located at 8F, Deji Plaza II, Nanjing.

Payment Methods:

1. Bank card payment: You can use a UnionPay card or a foreign bank card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, DINER) to make card payments.

2. Mobile payment: We support the use of WeChat and Alipay for mobile payments.

3.Cash payment: We support the use of RMB for cash payments.

FREE ADMISSION POLICY

1.Children and Youth: Children and youth under the age of 12 will be admitted without ticket upon presentation of valid ID;

2.Senior Citizens: Senior citizens aged 70 years old or above will be admitted without ticket upon presentation of valid ID;

3.Disabled: Disabled persons will be admitted without ticket upon presentation of valid ID;

4.Military Personnel: Active military personnel, retired military personnel, retired cadres and retired non-commissioned officers (sergeants), and beneficiaries of military service pensions of the People’s Republic of China will be admitted without ticket upon presentation of valid ID;

5.Fire and Rescue Personnel: Fire and rescue personnel (including in-service, retired, disabled fire and rescue personnel, fire and rescue academy students and full-time state firefighters) will be admitted without ticket upon presentation of valid ID;

6.Museum and Art Gallery Staff: All registered or enrolled state-owned and private museum and art gallery staff will be admitted without ticket upon presentation of relevant valid ID.

* Free admission: With the reservation QR code and your valid ID, go to the information at 8F of Deji Plaza II to activate the ticket, exchange it for a paper ticket, and scan the QR code on the paper ticket to enter the venue.

Guided Tour Service

1. Guided tours can be reserved by phone at 025-86777999, or purchased directly ;
2. Fee: 5 persons or below, 300 RMB; 6-10 persons, 450 RMB; 11-20person, 600RMB;
3.To optimize the experience of the exhibition, a large group guided tour is limited to 20 persons. Groups with 21-30 persons will be charged an on-site premium of 40 RMB for each person exceeding the 20 limit, and groups with 31-40 persons will be charged as two groups, and so forth;
4.The fee for the guided tour service does not include the cost of the entrance ticket ;
5. The minimum length of the guided tour is 90 minutes.

Special Offer of Regular Guided Tours

1. We regularly offer special guided tours at 10:30、11:00、12:00、14:30、15:00、15:30、16:00、18:30、19:30daily;
2. Fee: Adults 20 RMB/person; if you bring a child to the tour, the fee for one adult + one child under 12 years old (not inclusive) will be 29 RMB/group, and a gift copy of the children's guidebook will be included;
3. The guided tour service fee does not include admission ticket;
4. Each tour lasts more than 60 minutes;

*If you need a guided tour in English, the fee for the tour will be calculated at twice the amount listed above.
