To purchase your tickets, please visit the service counter at the Deji Art Museum, located at 8F, Deji Plaza II, Nanjing.
Payment Methods:
1. Bank card payment: You can use a UnionPay card or a foreign bank card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, DINER) to make card payments.
2. Mobile payment: We support the use of WeChat and Alipay for mobile payments.
3.Cash payment: We support the use of RMB for cash payments.
FREE ADMISSION POLICY
1.Children and Youth: Children and youth under the age of 3 will be admitted without ticket upon presentation of valid ID;
2.Senior Citizens: Senior citizens aged 70 years old or above will be admitted without ticket upon presentation of valid ID;
3.Disabled: Disabled persons will be admitted without ticket upon presentation of valid ID;
* Free admission: With the reservation QR code and your valid ID, go to the information at 8F of Deji Plaza II to activate the ticket, exchange it for a paper ticket, and scan the QR code on the paper ticket to enter the venue.
Guided Tour Service
1.The museum is hosting premier exhibitions and public art programs. Highly experienced docents provide in-depth, comprehensive, and professional commentary, interpreting representative authentic works by over a hundred master artists from ancient to modern times, both Eastern and Western.
2.Enjoy exclusive fast-track entry avoiding queues, with flexible customization of tour duration and route.
3.Pricing:1-10 persons: 1500 CNY, 11-20 persons: 3000 CNY
4.Overtime Charges (per 30-minute extension):1-10 persons: 500 CNY per session, 11-20 persons: 1000 CNY per session
5.Docent service fees do not include museum admission tickets.

Special Offer of Regular Guided Tours
1. We offer scheduled guided tours every hour and half-hour from 10:30 to 21:00 daily;
2. Fee: Adults 49 RMB/person; children above 6 years old are charged at the adult rate, with one audio guide headset per person;
3. The guided tour service fee does not include admission ticket;
4. Each tour lasts more than 60 minutes;If you require a guided tour, please contact the on-site staff for assistance.
5. The fee-based guided tour includes: Nothing Still About Still Lifes: Three Centuries of Floral Compositions;
6.Please return the headphones promptly after the tour. In case of loss or damage, compensation will be required at the full price.
*If you need a guided tour in English, the fee for the tour will be calculated at twice the amount listed above.
